Nanjing Zhitian Electromechanical showcased its ZT65E ultra-high torque twin-screw gearbox, which broke the industry record with a specific torque parameter of 18Nm/cm ³ and became the focus of the exhibition. This gearbox adopts a modular transmission structure design, which increases the load-bearing capacity by 40% compared to traditional products. It can achieve continuous 720 hours of trouble free operation in the new energy battery homogenate extrusion production line, and its stability is comparable to similar products from Germany's Flender.
According to the person in charge of the enterprise, the gearbox has been verified through 2000 hours of bench fatigue testing, and the gear meshing accuracy has reached ISO level 3 standard. The adaptive speed range covers 100-3000rpm, which can meet the requirements of complex working conditions such as high filling modification and reactive extrusion. At present, we have won orders worth over 50 million yuan from companies such as BASF and CATL, and our export share has increased to 35%. According to data from the China Rubber Industry Association, the market share of domestically produced high-end extruder gearboxes has jumped from 28% in 2023 to 52% by 2025, and the purchase cost per unit has decreased by 40% compared to imported products.
